5 questions every couple asks us before booking their wedding bar 🐎

1. Is there a minimum spend?
No — unlike most mobile bars, we don’t have one. No catch, just honest pricing for what you actually need.

2. How much space do you need?
Flat, level ground and enough width to get through gates or driveways. Send over your venue layout and we’ll confirm it works. Our indoor bar fits in all areas.

3. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, fully — and we’re always happy to show proof before you even ask. We will apply for a Tens licence on your behalf with every booking.

4. How far will you travel?
We cover Cheshire, Merseyside, Manchester, North Wales and the surrounding areas as standard, and we’re often happy to travel further for the right event — just ask.

5. Do you supply welcome drinks and table w**e?
Yes we do, we have a great selection of table w**e and welcome drinks packages that can be tailed by you.

3 things nobody tells you before booking a wedding bar 🐎 💒 🥂

After plenty of Cheshire weddings, these are the questions I wish more couples asked upfront:

1. Minimum spend — we don’t have one 🌟

Most mobile bars have a minimum spend, which can mean an unwelcome jump on your quote once you’re already set on them. We don’t work that way — no minimum spend, no catch, just honest pricing for what you actually need. It’s one of the biggest reasons couples choose us over other suppliers.

2. Space and access rules

A horsebox bar needs flat, level ground and enough width to get through gates or driveways. Always share your venue layout early so we can confirm access works — it saves a headache for both of us on the day.
Our wooden indoor bar sits in most places, but better near the dance floor 🕺 💃

3. Licensing questions to ask

Not every mobile bar is licensed and insured to serve alcohol at your venue. Always ask to see this upfront — we’re happy to show ours before you even ask.
