And then…after that…well… big changes are coming. We’re having a kind of “bar” version of a midlife crisis. We’re re-evaluating everything. We’re 4 years in. We’re looking at what’s working and what’s not. Oh my how times have changed since we opened! What we think the future of Planet Caravan looks like…at the moment we don’t know exactly what that means.

What we DO know is we’re definitely having a physical spruce up, it’s amazing what a lick of paint and a mini refurb can do. We also know we wanna take the food more seriously. We know we want to streamline the offer.

We also know we’ve grown up a lot since we first had the idea for here, have learnt a lot of lessons + also the world, especially the hospitality world is a different place…I know this sounds super cryptic. It’s not meant to. We don’t know exactly what we’re gunna do but we know it’ll make PC bigger and better.

Suddenly it’s September. Which means Oktoberfest. Yes. Confusing. But go with it. My absolute favouritest time of year. If it’s not yours then it should be. We go full on. It’s over the top. Someone would say it’s too much. They’d be wrong.

We’re talking every beer line is delicious German beer, including all the legit Oktoberfest beers freshly shipped over. Everything comes in steins. We even do our Lageritas in steins. There’s pretzels. There’s cheese. There’s sausages. My god. So many fu***ng sausages. It’s a riot. We make you wear hats when you order a stein. You inevitably try and steal them and we shout at you in questionable German accents. I can’t wait

23rd September - 4th October. Walk ins always welcome or book a table on the website to guarantee a spot to perch your lederhosen covered butt
