The Castledine family have been resident at the Queens Head in Boreham since the early 1990's. Over this time the pub has undergone many changes but has kept the traditional country pub feel. Real Ale is becoming more popular lately so to keep up with the demand the pub at 3 or 4 different Ales on draught. Many more Beers and Ales are available during our Beer Festivals! The pub restaurant can be
booked for lunch or evening meals and can cater for parties of up to 28 with a set menu. The kitchen is open from Thursday through to Sunday lunchtime and offers a great selection of homemade meals and snacks with a specials board that changes weekly. The pub has a nice outdoor area with covered heated areas and large picnic style benches in the garden. In the warmer months the garden is a lovely area to sit and enjoy a refreshing drink and food in the tranquil village setting in view of the Church. Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a short lead. Throughout the year the Queens Head holds many events, these range from Beer Festivals, Morris Dancing, Race Nights, Quiz Nights and many Charity events to raise funds for good causes. Entertainment nights are good fun and raise lots of money for good causes throughout the year. Food hours
