It’s a first gig here for Kai … and we are trying to give it a kick start in this community focused village pub

On a ‘normal night’ in June we gathered the Addams Family Clan for a wonderful evening read through! And what a read through it was!

With members new and old, a funny script and a talented creative team and cast this is set to be a wonderful production!

We cannot wait!!

Hello All

It’s been just over a year since we left the White Horse and all the friends we had made … I have bumped into loads of people over that year and everyone asks me the same question … “What are you doing” ?

Well I’m working part time hours in “The Wheel of Fortune” supporting Barry and Naomi and I’m gardening in the local area helping people who are not able enough to do their own or as I was, are just simply too busy.

Karen is well and still working for Aviva.. Alice has a place at Bird College in Sidcup where she will continue her journey towards the West End … and Rory and I have time to go to Portman Road and watch Ipswich play … when he’s not jet-setting about the country playing his instruments with the National Youth Orchestra.

Excitingly for me I have followed a calling I have had since losing Mum and I am now qualified as a Funeral Celebrant … the training was brilliant and I am ready to help families when that awful moment comes.

While my time at “The Horse” seems an almost distant memory now .. those of you who knew me well can understand that I am now very well rested.

My family have been magnificent in supporting me in this and now I’m ready to move on to pastures new.
