Yesterday's Practise Paella went down a treat. Carlos created a signature paella which was temptingly fragrant from the off, bringing people up Mellor Road sniffing hopefully like Bisto kids! It was SO full of flavour we were all blown away and looking forward to next Sunday even more.

We're joining in the World Paella Day celebrations, on Sunday September 20!

Join us as our brilliant head chef Carlos cooks up three big, fresh batches each of Meat Paella and Seafood Paella, outside on la Terraza, from 12.30, 2.30 and 5pm.

World Paella Day is celebrated globally to honour Valencia's signature dish, which has evolved and been added to, and which chefs from around the world make their own. Carlos will be no exception and WE CAN'T WAIT!
