And I am proud to be showcasing their business this year. This is one bar in Carlisle you mustn’t walk past… they take their cocktails seriously with high quality ingredients and fresh garnishing, there’s no making of cocktails with the basics of spirits here! Quality is everything. It’s an alcohol free fireman’s daiquiri for me please Jethro. 🍸

Bar Supervisor / Experienced Bar Staff (Cocktails)

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Bar Supervisor / Senior Bar Staff member to join our team.

Key responsibilities:
• Preparing and serving high-quality cocktails and drinks
• Supervising and supporting bar staff during shifts
• Managing customer service to a high standard
• Cashing up and handling tills accurately
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional bar environment

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience making cocktails
• Experience supervising or managing staff
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
• Reliable, organised, and confident under pressure

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced bar environment and takes pride in great service.

🕒 Hours: 32-36 hours per week
