Being born and raised in Wales to proud Jamaican parents, I’ve always had a real love for both sides of my heritage.

So I thought… why not bring a little bit of Wales and Jamaica together in one glass?

A Welsh favourite with a Jamaican twist. A taste of home from both sides of my family.

But now I want to know what you reckon…

JAMAICA RUMTINI ☕️🥃

What you’ll need:

• 125ml Wray & Nephew Rum Cream

• 12.5ml Wray & Nephew White Overproof Rum

• 50ml fresh espresso

• 2 drops vanilla essence

• ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

• Ice

Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake hard, then double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
To serve:

Finish with a light dusting of cinnamon and serve immediately.

Creamy rum. Bold espresso. Warm cinnamon. A touch of vanilla.

Supporting OLD BREWERY CARDIFF in the Brewery Quarter.

Great to see the new Brain’s Brewery bar open in the Brewery Quarter on St Mary Street, Cardiff.

It’s fantastic to see a Welsh brand with such a proud history continuing to have a presence right in the heart of Cardiff. Brain’s has been part of the city’s hospitality and drinking culture for generations, so it’s important that we continue to support local breweries, local businesses and the people who make Cardiff’s hospitality scene what it is.

I’ll always show support for Cardiff, Welsh hospitality and the brands that are part of our city’s story.
