We’ve been super lucky to generate a bit of buzz around our Hospitality VS 10K Challenge!

You may have seen that a group of 130 hospitality staff from around Cardiff are taking part in the Cardiff 10km this Sunday! It’s something that we’ve been doing for the last few years but this is the biggest and best so far!

All of this is in aid of DREAMS & WISHES, a charity dedicated to improving the lives of serious ill children based in South Wales. If you have the means to donate, any amount is so appreciated!! 🩷

For Episode 3, we headed to Hensol Castle Distillery to chat all things Welsh spirits, the importance of putting local products into the hands of Welsh bartenders, and our collaboration on the Paradise Citadel. 🍸

We recently visited Global Gardens in North Cardiff, just a 15-minute drive from the bar. There, we spoke with Jack, one of the incredible co-founders and volunteers behind this community project. We discussed the wonderful community they’ve fostered and the hard work involved in providing us with locally sourced ingredients. 😋

This is just the first episode of a new series where we’ll spotlight the brilliant people who supply the building blocks for our current menu ACT.
