⛳ Hole of the Month – Button Course, Hole 7

This par 5 plays 513 yards from the whites, 504 yards from the yellows, and 457 yards from the reds. With an uphill drive and a subtle dogleg to the left, it demands focus and smart positioning from tee to green. The real test comes on your approach, where a narrow entrance tightly guarded by surrounding bunkers awaits.

💡 Handy Tip: Position is everything—leave yourself an approach shot with a clear angle to thread your ball right between those bunkers.

Bank Holiday Weekend Full of Golf at Cottrell Resort! ⛳️

What a fantastic bank holiday weekend on the fairways!

🏆 Sunday 30th August – Captain vs. Vice Captain Competition

Our annual 36-hole challenge across both courses saw Captain Martin Andrews' team go head-to-head with Vice Captain Andrew Wigley-Jones' team. After a hard-fought day of golf, Team Vice Captain claimed the victory! Congratulations to Andrew and his winning squad.

🏌️‍♀️ Monday 31st August – Ladies & Seniors Texas Scramble

We wrapped up the weekend on the Mackintosh Course with a vibrant Texas Scramble event featuring teams of two ladies and two seniors. Great weather, wonderful camaraderie, and brilliant shots made for a memorable day out.
