Looks like mint is back on the menu!
With the return of the sun we are serving Hugo Spritz once again.
St Germain Elderflower Liqueur, fresh mint and lime, topped off with prosecco and a dash of soda.
A lovely refreshing summer drink.

This Friday will see my first of two days in Cambridge, a historic university city world-famous for the University of Cambridge, its beautiful college buildings, and punting along the River Cam.

I’ll be visiting a number of micropubs, pubs and breweries throughout the day to see what the city has to offer.

Hello all, we are closed from 3:30pm this coming Tuesday as we are going for our company Christmas meal! Tzatziki will still be available for collection or delivery from the Standard, and they are serving in-house from their sister kitchen at Hudsons Ale House, Trumpington!!

Now pouring: Time to Talk from Moon Gazer Ale. The first of the year's beers supporting charities, a lovely smooth malty session bitter, brewed to support the 8:56 Foundation and get us all talking about mental health.
