Lovely mushroom forage in London. I would never forage mushrooms to sell in the restaurant, but taking a little just for me is fine.

I rely on expert foragers for my restaurant ingredients, but it's so wonderful to see the abundance nature provides to us. I love learning new things and being in nature.

It's a tough gig, but someone's got to do it. The restaurant business is all take, take, take!

Busy on my day off again, taste testing beautiful local produce and supporting other small independents. It doesn't get much better than this. Delicious wines made in small batches in Wales. Only between 300 and 600 bottles produced a year, so it's our privilege to have it on our specials board.

We've got 6 bottles of delicious red and crisp tasty white to go with our lovely menu this week. Book to come in and give them a try.
