Buxton’s tastiest and most authentic Belgian Liège Waffles! 🧇🧇🧇

You’ve not had a real waffle until you’ve indulged the true Wollonian way! Meaning rich, slow-risen brioche-style dough with pearl sugar 🇧🇪

Freshly baked until caramelised, crunchy and fluffy. These golden delights are best served with our specialty coffee (though a strong Belgian B**r is also recommended) ☕️🍺

We have many toppings available, however this Kinder Bueno Waffle is always a favourite 🍫

Available from 12pm | Wed-Sun

Introducing your NEW favourite hot drink this Autumn, Mulled Apple Chaider 🍎🍁

The crisp air has officially settled over Buxton, and there is no better way to warm up after a stroll through the Pavilion Gardens than with a mug of pure autumn comfort 🍂

We’ve combined the deep, aromatic heat of Blendsmiths signature spiced chai with the rich, sweet tang of apples. Steamed together to perfection, it is warming, sweet, and perfectly spiced to keep you cozy ☕️ Why not add a shot of spiced rum for extra warmth 😜🥃

Be the first to try it this week,
