Thank you to Micropub Adventures for the lovely feedback, we really appreciate the time and honesty you put into all reviews of pubs and clubs. People need to know what’s on and about in the pub trade to keep us all thriving, and we all benefit from people like yourself. Thanks again and hope to see you back in the club soon 😊

Dear ,

This is the Stapenhill Institute Club’s first time on the Burton Ale Trail, and they tell the Echo that “we are very much looking forward to being a part of it”!

“On Saturday we will be keeping things simple – with beer, a BBQ and some music – as our ales will speak for themselves. We are looking forward to welcoming everyone into our Club, with its fun and friendly atmosphere.

“The Stapenhill Institute Club is so very proud to have won CAMRA's Club of the Year for the second time for our beer, which is the pride and joy of our President, John Berrisford, who nurtures and takes his time to make sure everything is just right. This weekend, the Club and John will get to showcase that, so come on down and enjoy a beer and a burger – you’ll be staying for more!”

23 Main Street, Stapenhill.

Come and say hello to the Micropub Adventures here at The Stapenhill Institute Saturday 6th June, for the Burton Ale Trail. We have some great ales on to tantalise your taste buds! See you then! 🍻😁

Morning

This Saturday I’ll be heading over to Burton-on-Trent for the Burton Ale Trail. The town is world-famous for its brewing heritage, with its mineral-rich water helping to make Burton beers renowned across the globe and shaping the town’s identity for centuries.

The Burton Ale Trail links together many of the town’s best pubs, ranging from historic ale houses and traditional locals to modern craft beer venues. It’s a great way to explore Burton’s brewing story while enjoying a wide variety of pubs across the town. I’ve planned to tackle 12 pubs on the trail during the day, so it should make for a busy but enjoyable adventure. I’ll also be joined by Niall from From Sheffield With Pubs, so it should be a great day out.

If I’m planning to pop in and visit you, I’d really appreciate a share of this post — and if you see me out and about, feel free to come and say hello!
