🚨 A LITTLE CASH NOTICE FROM THE HARE & HOUNDS 🚨

We’ve been made aware that there have recently been a large number of forged £20 notes circulating in the local area.

We prefer payment by card where possible, but we are still more than happy to accept cash. 💷

Please don’t be offended if you see our staff thoroughly checking your notes before accepting them. We’ve asked the whole team to be extra vigilant and to check cash carefully, particularly £20 notes.

It’s nothing personal and we certainly don’t suspect our customers — we’re simply doing our best to protect the pub and our staff from counterfeit notes.
