We’re looking for an experienced FOH member to join our small team at The White Swan in Fence.

​Service is everything to us here, so we need someone reliable who knows their stuff and genuinely cares about giving people a great experience.

​15–20 hours a week (extra hours over busy holiday periods) and be able to work day and evening shifts.

​Must have restaurant experience and able to work on the bar making cocktails and pulling the perfect pint.

​Great place to work with a brilliant, supportive team.

HELP ME MAKE SOMEONES DAY.

I’ve taken a cancellation for 4 people for tonight’s special Mexican Night.

I don’t want to charge them, they don’t want to be charged but if I can’t fill the table, I’ll have to.
The charge covers the cost of the ingredients and the preparation that’s gone into it.

Its a cracking menu and It’s £120 per head

I’d just like to add that it’s possibly the best negroni in the whole of Lancashire and maybe even beyond

There are some places you visit for a meal... and then there are places you visit for an experience.

This week we paid a visit to The White Swan at Fence, and if you've never been, it absolutely deserves a spot on your list. From the moment you walk through the door, it's clear this is so much more than great food. Every course is thoughtfully prepared, the service is exceptional, and the whole evening feels like an occasion.

Of course, we couldn't leave without finishing the night with a Negroni... made with none other than Batch Signature Gin. We might be a little biased, but we can't think of a better way to round off an incredible dining experience!

It's always a pleasure to see local venues delivering something truly special, and we're proud to see Batch Signature Gin behind the bar.
