As the seasons change, so does the produce available to our chefs. Richer flavours, comforting ingredients and fresh local produce begin to shape the dishes leaving the pass.

We source locally wherever possible and let the season guide what belongs on the plate. It means fresher ingredients, better flavour and food that feels right for the time of year.
