We're on the lookout for a strong, experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at TJ's Bar & Kitchen, just a stone's throw from Crooklets Beach!

We're looking for someone who knows their way around a busy kitchen, can lead from the front and isn't afraid to get stuck in.

This isn't just about being a good cook — we need someone who can help run the kitchen, motivate the team and maintain high standards.

👨‍🍳 What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a strong CDP ready to step up

Confidence running a busy kitchen and leading a team

A passion for great food and consistency

Excellent organisation and communication

A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
