It wasn’t the result we were hoping for last night, but what an amazing couple of months it’s been celebrating the football and cheering England on together. ❤️⚽

We’re incredibly proud of how far England came, and there’s still one more chance to get behind the Three Lions as they take on France in the Bronze Medal Play-Off this Saturday. We’ll be showing the game live, so come down and cheer the lads on one last time! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🍻

Then on Sunday, we’ll also be showing the World Cup Final live, so why not pop in, raise a glass, and enjoy the final match of the tournament with us? 🏆⚽

A huge thank you to everyone who’s joined us throughout the tournament and helped create such a brilliant atmosphere. There really is nothing quite like watching live sport together at your local pub.

We look forward to seeing you this weekend for another fantastic couple of games! ⚽🍺

WE’RE HIRING! 🍽️

We’re looking for a part-time evening and weekend waiting team member who’s happy to graft, can have a laugh, and doesn’t fall apart when it gets a bit busy.

Now then… here’s the important bit… 👀

If you’re a parent reading this thinking, “Ooh, that’ll do for little Johnny…” — stop right there.

We only accept applications from the person who actually wants the job. If they’re old enough to carry three plates and remember that table 7 wanted mayo, they’re old enough to send us a message themselves.

Not on social media? Too young to have a CV? Or maybe your CV is so out of date because you’re looking to get back to work now the kids have grown up?

No dramas. Pop in and introduce yourself with a short cover letter. Tell us who you are, why you fancy the job, and what you’re aiming for. We like a bit of personality far more than a copy-and-paste CV.

No experience? That’s absolutely fine. A cracking attitude, good manners, and turning up for your shifts will get you a long way.
