Unfortunately, there will be no quiz tonight.

Dave has made the decision to step down from hosting the quiz at Reconnection. We would like to take this opportunity to thank him for everything he has done since we opened in November. His quizzes have been a big part of our Wednesday nights, and we are grateful for all the time and effort he has put in.

The good news is that Lee from Junction Quiz has kindly offered to help us out over the next few weeks while we look for a new permanent quiz master.

We apologise for the short notice and for any disappointment caused by there being no quiz tonight. Thank you for your understanding and continued support, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back very soon.

🎉 When we say there’s been A LOT going on behind the scenes at Reconnection, we really mean it! 🎉

We are absolutely over the moon to share that we have finally raised enough funds to get the extraction sorted — and it’s happening this Wednesday! 🙌

You heard it here first! We don’t want to jinx anything, but if all goes to plan, we’re hoping to start serving food within the next month! 🍽️✨

We honestly can’t wait to take this next step, and we’re so grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way.

From Friday’s Bristol brewery tap takeover and Unknown Society vinyl night, to a 40th wedding anniversary on Saturday, and a beautiful christening today for a very special little boy 💙

The lines are clean, the beers are flowing, and we’re ready to go!

These tap takeovers take a lot of planning behind the scenes, but they’re one of our favourite things to do. It’s a brilliant opportunity to showcase some truly amazing independent breweries and introduce you all to some fantastic beers you might not have tried before.

From crisp pale ales and session IPAs to juicy hazies and smooth dark lagers, we’ve got something for everyone on the bar right now.

A huge shoutout to the breweries involved for helping us bring this lineup together. Now all that’s left is for you to come down, grab a pint, and enjoy it!
