A little Reconnection update ❤️

We know we’ve been quiet for the last few weeks, but we’re still here and working hard behind the scenes to get everything resolved and the doors back open.

It’s taking much longer than we ever expected, and while we don’t have a reopening date just yet, we’d rather wait until we have something definite before giving one.

We’ve been inundated with lovely messages asking how things are going and checking in on us. We’re sorry we haven’t managed to reply to everyone, but please know we really do appreciate every single message ❤️

Thank you so much for sticking with us. Hopefully we’ll have some good news to share very soon and can finally get back to doing what we love! 🤞🍻

Hi guys! 👋

Just wanted to keep you all in the loop regarding our temporary closure.

Unfortunately, we’re no closer to reopening and there haven’t been any improvements yet, so it’s looking more than likely that we’ll remain closed for the rest of this week. 😔

We’re absolutely gutted — today was supposed to be our food launch day! 🍔🍟 After all the planning, preparation and excitement, the timing really couldn’t have been worse.

We’re hoping this doesn’t drag on for too long and we can get back open, get the pints flowing and FINALLY get Fully Loaded launched! 🤞❤️

We’ll keep you updated as soon as we know anything more. Thank you so much for bearing with us. ❤️

Hi guys,

Unfortunately, we’ve hit a few electrical issues which mean we need to close temporarily while we get everything made safe and put right.

We’re absolutely gutted — especially with our new food menu due to launch in just 2 days! 😭🍔🍟 The timing really couldn’t be worse.

We’re working hard to get everything sorted as quickly as possible and we’ll keep you all updated as soon as we know more.

We’re so sorry for any inconvenience and, as always, thank you for your patience and support. ❤️

SHIPLEY… WHO’S READY FOR FULLY LOADED?! 🍔🍟🔥

We know you’ve waited and waited for this one, and believe us, we’ve hit a fair few hurdles along the way… but we are finally ready! 🙌

We’ve put so much time, thought and love into this menu. We didn’t want to just chuck a few burgers and fries together and call it a day — we wanted proper big flavours, homemade toppings, tasty sauces and combinations that we’d genuinely be excited to eat ourselves.

Think loaded fries piled high, fully loaded burgers, homemade goodness and cracking craft b**r alongside it. 🍺

And we’re not stopping there…

Funeral Details for Our Beloved Friend & Customer, James James ❤️

For anyone who would like to join us in saying goodbye to our wonderful friend James, his funeral will take place on Wednesday 12th August.

10:30am – St Walburga’s, Shipley, BD18 3LR
11:30am – Burial at Charlestown Cemetery, Baildon
Followed by drinks at The Junction

We will be opening The Junction at the earlier time of 12pm for anybody who wishes to join us and raise a glass to our good friend. 🍺❤️

There will also be a celebration of James’ life at a later date, where we’ll spend the day exactly as he would have wanted — with music, laughter, good company and plenty of b**r. All the things James loved.

Details of this will follow soon.

Rest easy, James. You’ll be very much missed by us all. ❤️
