During the current heat, the decision has been made to close the kitchen between 3pm-5pm today to allow the kitchen team to rest, rehydrate and cool the kitchen down.

To help with the heat inside, equipment temperatures have been reduced when not in use so please be patient with the team as some items may take longer to cook as equipment comes back to temperature.
