A huge happy birthday to Joseph, our son, manager and the beating heart of Baker’s!

He’s the one who rushes to grab you a cushion when you need one, keeps the kids entertained and holds the door open for you. He’s even been known to walk elderly ladies to their cars with a brolly when it’s raining.

Those thoughtful little things are just Joseph. He cares about people, and we know how much our customers love him for it. The laughs, the chats and the way he looks after everyone are a huge part of what makes Baker’s special.

We see the hard work and care that go on behind the scenes too, and we couldn’t be prouder of him. Baker’s simply wouldn’t be the same without you, Joseph.

Of course, we couldn’t let his birthday pass without sharing this little performance. Vanessa Carlton, eat your heart out!

Happy birthday, Joseph. We love you and appreciate everything you do, more than you probably realise.
