Hi everyone,
As many of you now know, we’re expecting our first baby in early October, but it’s looking increasingly likely that baby will be here a lot sooner than expected.
We’ve been working hard over the past few months to put plans in place for Hope’s absence, although we hadn’t anticipated Hope needing to leave quite so soon!
We had already planned to close the business for one to two weeks at the beginning of October, to coincide with the due date and Chef Beales’ honeymoon. This temporary closure will still go ahead, and we’ll share the full details over the next few weeks.
We’ll also soon be saying a goodbye (for now) to two valued members of our team, Fin and Harriet, as they head off to university. We’re incredibly excited for them both. The rest of the team are ready to step up during our absence, and we have every confidence they’ll do a fantastic job.
Our intention is to remain open throughout September. However, as we are a very small team and these changes have come a little sooner than expected, we kindly ask for your patience if there is any disruption to service over the coming weeks.
