POLITE NOTICE WITH SINCEREST APOLOGIES:
It is with regret that due to the condition of the kitchen at handover leading to the equipment failures experienced over the last few days we have made the decision to close the kitchen to any further bookings or walk ins. We wished to keep the pub running and simply change to the freshly cooked menu we are happier to serve. An agreement has been made for a complete refurbishment but the date has yet to be set for this to happen.
Whilst we appreciate this is disappointing (similarly to ourselves) we would be unhappy to deliver a menu that is not to our preference. A decision will be made shortly as to whether a reduced option can be provided but this will be subject to a full review.
I am pleased to report Hall and Woodhouse have been fantastic in supporting us to ensure we are able to deliver our plans to improve the Charlton to the level we would like and I am certain this will be remedied swiftly.
