THANK YOU

Sometimes we feel we don’t say thank you enough. Today, we wanted to remind you all how thankful we really are.

Our little restaurant in Blaenavon has grown into something we could only have dreamed of before Covid. While many restaurants across the UK are facing difficult times, we’re incredibly grateful that our diary is full months ahead: Sunday lunches are booked six months in advance, weekends four to five months ahead, and weeknights around three months ahead.

That support means so much to us. It also allows us to employ more than 25 local people and work with local suppliers, helping support other businesses across South Wales.

None of this happens without our wonderful team, who work so hard to make every visit special, and our amazing customers, who keep choosing to spend their time with us.

From all of us at Butterflies, thank you for supporting our little restaurant and helping make this possible. We never take it for granted. 💚

The storm is rolling in outside, the rain is tapping at the windows and the wind is doing its best to make itself heard.

But inside the fire is glowing, the tables are set and we are ready to welcome you 🔥

Before the fun begins… we’ve got another fully booked night ahead! ✨

There’s a little calm before the buzz as the team checks every table, polishes the cutlery and glasses, and makes sure everything is just right.

In the kitchen, the chefs are prepped, the counters are clean and tidy, the stoves and grill are fired up and we’re ready to get cooking.

Now all that’s left is to welcome you all in!
