At McGraths, we believe everyone deserves to enjoy a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. By joining the Ask For Clive initiative, we’re making a clear commitment that everyone is welcome here and that discrimination, harassment and abuse have no place in our venue.

What is Ask For Clive?

Ask For Clive is a UK-wide initiative that works with pubs, bars, clubs, restaurants, cafés, festivals and other venues to create safer, more inclusive spaces—particularly for LGBTQ+ people, while promoting respect and safety for everyone. Venues receive training and resources to help staff recognise vulnerability, respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns, and foster a culture where every guest feels welcome and supported. The initiative now has hundreds of participating venues across the UK and continues to grow.

If you’re ever made to feel uncomfortable or witness any form of discrimination or abuse while visiting us, please speak to a member of our team. We’re here to help.
