Gochujang, soy and ginger cauliflower with kimchi egg fried rice and crispy noodles.
BRITISH TAPAS BOARD
House Scotch egg with pork and Stilton sausage rolls, wedge of Red Leicester cheddar, roast beef and cornichon rillettes, apple and beer chutney, crusty baguette and hand cut chips.
RABBIT RAGU
Tuscan style rabbit and smoked bacon ragu with pappardelle pasta and shaved Parmigiano Reggiano.
