WE’RE HIRING A GENERAL MANAGER - pls share.

The Poet is thriving. We are already a great pub, but our ambition is to become the best community pub in Belfast. We need the right person to help us get there.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager who can inspire a team, lead with care and understand what a proper local pub means to the people around it.

Someone who will engage with local clubs, societies, charities, schools and churches. No egos pls, the pub is the hero.

Someone who wants to give back, build others up and make The Poet even more valuable to our community.

Someone who just gets it.

This is a full time role with real freedom to make a difference. Salary is completely negotiable and will reflect your experience and capabilities.

We are a fair employer and we believe in rewarding people properly. The better we do, the better everyone does.

We are ready to go. Our business is thriving. Now we need you to join the team.
