This week’s pick is Château Durfort-Vivens from Margaux, Bordeaux - a classic Cabernet-led red that’s full of flavour without being too heavy.

Expect blackcurrant and blackberry, a little violet and spice, with smooth tannins and a lovely fresh finish.
