Can we ask for a bit of honest feedback?

The Bedford Arms is having a fantastic year, and we’re incredibly grateful for the support we receive week in, week out. The pub is busy, the team is growing, and there’s a real buzz around the place.

But if there’s one thing we’ve learned over the years, it’s that the moment you think you’ve got everything figured out is usually the moment you stop improving.

We’re always looking at ways to make The Bedford Arms better. Better food. Better service. Better events. Better drinks. Better atmosphere. Better value. Better everything.

The reality is that we spend a huge amount of time discussing ideas behind the scenes, but the people who know this pub best are the people who actually use it.

So we thought we’d simply ask.

What do you love about The Bedford Arms?

What could we do better?

What would make you visit more often?

Is there something you’d like to see us introduce, change or improve?

We won’t be offended by honest feedback. In fact, we actively welcome it.

We’re incredibly proud of what this pub has become, but we’re nowhere near finished. There’s always another improvement to make, another idea to try and another way to raise the bar.

A quick update regarding Campervan Live Lounge this weekend.

Unfortunately, the event will no longer be taking place at The Bedford Arms and has been moved to our sister pub, The White Horse in Tilbrook.

We’re genuinely disappointed, as we know many of you were looking forward to it and, if we’re honest, so were we.

However, running pubs means occasionally having to make decisions that keep everyone happy and avoid unnecessary headaches. Sometimes it’s easier to move the music than spend the weekend arguing about it.

The good news is that the event is still going ahead exactly as planned, just 20 minutes up the road at The White Horse.

We’d love it if you joined us there and helped make a brilliant weekend of it.
