Our Sydney’s x Scallop Shell collaboration up on the Rooftop!

Chefs Jack, Brad and our brilliant teams pulled out all the stops, shucking and dressing Maldon Oysters tableside, before serving a rich cuttlefish ragu, huge serrano ham croquettes, juicy Somerset pork loin with a fennel gratin, and a beautiful poached pear and mascarpone pud. Wines were matched and cocktails shaken, from classic margs to an amazing chocolate negroni paired with dessert.
