On 1 September, Chris T-T announced a new piano-based collab duo called Hibbett & Christopher, with Chris T-T and MJ Hibbett teaming up for a wholesome “indie Flanders & Swann” act!

The songs, mostly written by Hibbett, feature Chris on piano with his gorgeous backing vocals. The set also includes a few choice cuts from the Chris T-T catalogue, as well as selected covers.

An album is complete, and the debut single was released alongside the announcement in September! Song titles include ‘Chips & Cheese’ and ‘When You Hear A Bird’.

The band are now preparing a handful of their first intimate shows throughout October and November.

Expect encounters with Alexis Korner, Ray Davies, Elton John, Peter Gabriel, Todd Rundgren, Eddy Grant, and Brian Eno – alongside classics such as War Baby, Glad to Be Gay, and 2-4-6-8 Motorway. Plus unexpected back catalogue gems from Café Society (1975) to Only The Now (2015) in this brand new two-man show.

At 75, Tom still enjoys a reputation as both a master songsmith and a funny, ferocious live performer.

Focus Thirty are a four-piece alternative rock band local to Bristol and Bath. Formed in late 2024, they wanted to create a blend of punchy riffs, melodic hooks and anthemic atmospheres inspired by 21st century alt rock bands such as Nothing But Thieves and Biffy Clyro. 2026 marks the start of their studio releases with their single ‘Dumb and Blind’ recorded in Bath, with many more to come.

Intrusive
Originally hailing from South Wales and now tearing up stages across the South West, Intrusive are a sharp, fast, riff-driven rock band with a sound shaped by a wide mix of influences. Primate State are a young three-piece rock band with bags of energy, strong musicianship and a natural chemistry on stage. Ned (guitar/vocals), Theo (bass) and Tym (drums/keys) came together through school and have already picked up a Gold Award at the Young Musicians Awards.

Their set spans Arctic Monkeys, Jimi Hendrix and Red Hot Chilli Peppers to Oasis, The Stone Roses, The Beatles and The Kinks, with their own arrangements, flourishes and improvisation woven in. Still only a few gigs into their journey, they’re already writing original material and developing quickly. Young, talented and clearly having a great time together, Primate State are a band worth keeping an eye on.
