✨️ Mental health matters — Not only just in our little pub but beyond to. ✨️

My pub is more than just a place to eat, drink and stay, we are a community. As well as looking after my staff and making sure they feel safe and happy at work, we are also a team and want our customers to feel welcome, safe, happy, respected and able to speak up if they’re having a tough time. 🤝

So let’s check in on one another, listen without judgement, and remember that asking for help is a strength. A small conversation can make a big difference. ☺️

I know all of my staff are always happy to talk, laugh and joke and probably tell you more of their problems to, but we are good listeners to! 🤣☺️ 🥰

So please remember to look after yourself and each other and be kind as you just never know how much someone is going through and how quietly they are battling things. 🥺🤗

Even when the doors are closed my phone is always on if anyone wants to talk 🩷🙏
