‘Hoptoberfest’ Weekend 2026 is back! We are ready to start to pouring a lot of steins of Paulaner🍻 B**r! Oktoberfest Festivities have began at The Hop with Bavarian style decor, music, Lederhosen and Dirndl are optional and German Style Sausages serving from the Hop Shack from 5pm till 8pm by Smoke & Iron (We have lots of Paulaner Kegs to get through so we are giving away Oktoberfest goodie bags when your pint/stein changes the keg over!) Wow! How is it October already?? After a very busy Summer period we kick start Autumn with another cracker of a month starting with this weekends line up of awesome events with tonight’s c***r tasting evening with Hornsea Orchard then straight into our Oktoberfest Weekend starting from 5pm on Friday! Expect alot of steins of original German B**r being poured, Lederhosen’s, Bavarian music and German Sausage Food Fest served from the Hop Shack with Smoke & Iron from 5pm till 8pm. Bavarian festivities will be carrying on through till Sunday where we also have Sunday Dinner bowls with Smoke & Iron from 12pm till 4pm! Prost! 🍂 🇩🇪 🍺 🌭 🥨 😃

We are excited to announce that we are hosting our next Supper Club with our friends at Yellowbelly Pizza on Thursday 8th October 2026 from 7pm till 9pm. We have developed a one off special ‘Hops & Dough’ Pizza for this evening only. The tickets are £25 per person and includes the following: Large Smash Burger Pizza cooked in stout with Gouda Cheese, sliced beef tomato, white onion and burger sauce. Kalamata Olives and either a Pint of Craft L***r or a Medium Glass of Wressle Vineyard W**e or Soft Drink. The first Pizzas will be served at 7pm and will be served in order of booking. We really can’t wait for this one and numbers are limited so please book early! 🍕 🫒 🍺 🍷 😃

We are extremely grateful and very proud to be featured in the CAMRA The Good B**r Guide 2027! A great recognition and really makes all the hard work worth it.

We have always wanted to bring great b**r to Brigg in a welcoming environment and create a fantastic community along the way!

A massive thank you to our brilliant staff, awesome customers, our local branch Scunthorpe and District CAMRA. and all our fantastic independent breweries and suppliers that we love to support!

Andy’s B**r of the Day is this banger! Epic Wetsuit is a 6.0% NEIPA from Sureshot Brewing A bigger, juicier, IPA version of our petite pintsman - Small Man’s Wetsuit. Dry hopped with the classic Idaho 7, Motueka, and Citra combo - expect awesome aromas of citrus to dominate the hefty, hazy body. Majestic. 🍻 😃
