Sadly, due to a family funeral we will be closed for the full day on Friday 19th June. We appreciate your continued support 🙏🍻

We are excited to announce our next Games Night at The Hop Inn is on tonight from 6:30pm till 8:30pm! Come and join us and use our in house board games or bring your own! We have Chess, Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit, Dominoes, Various Card Games or even a friendly game of Poker! ♟️ ♣️ ♦️ 🃏 🍻

Most of you may already know that Brigg Pub Dog Legend ‘Chester’ has sadly passed away. He will be hugely missed by all our staff and customers and has been a big part of the Hop Inn Story over the past 3 years! He visited us most weekends and lots of events we held with his family and We will miss him walking between the brigg pubs, sprawling out and his beautiful face asking customers to get him a doggy treat or two! Rest in Peace Chester and we will raise a beer to you this weekend! 💔 🐕 🍻

We love receiving photos from our ‘Hop Fans’ when travelling around the world wearing Hop Merch or sticker placements. Such as these great photos from Australia, New York and Stockholm. So let’s have a competition with prizes to be won between now and the 30th September for the top 3 photos of wearing Hop Inn Merchandise and sticker placement. (Stickers only permitted on public and private property with the owners consent) Think destination, most creative or just bonkers 😝 Pop in and purchase some merch or pick up some free stickers. 🍻 😃

If you are in or near Brigg, North Lincolnshire, this evening please pop down and help us eat cake! We'll be at The Hop Inn - Brigg celebrating H&ME Creations's 2nd birthday and running our monthly Crafts with Crafts class making butterflies 6-8pm this evening.

POV: I can't guarantee that there will be any strawberries left though, as my daughter Hannah has her eye on them 🤣🥰

🥳🍻We were very honoured that Jayne chose The Hop Inn to host Mark’s Surprise Birthday/Retirement Party! Thank you so much to you both for allowing us to be part of the special day! It was a fabulous (warm) afternoon! Mark didn’t actually have a choice, but we think he had a good time 😝🤪 We are just very relieved the secret is now out! 😅 Happy Birthday Mark 🥳🍻🤩☀️🕶️

Another great evening had on Thursday with Simon from This time talking all about ‘Home Brewing’ A very informative night chatting about the home brewing processes, ingredients, strategies, beer styles, equipment and storage required and most importantly the end result of tasting the beer! Shall we do a ‘Hop Inn Brew Day’ in the future? 🍻 😃

We are taking part and have been chosen as a venue for the annual Spring Bank Holiday Weekend ‘Operation Mayfly’ from . Pouring now and won’t last long this one! Operation Mayfly 2026 is a 5% American IPA and for the 2026 version they have chosen a dry hop trio of Idaho 7, Strata, and Citra. Expect a smooth mouthfeel, and aromas and flavours of stonefruit and citrus. 🍻 ☀️ 😃

We have a very exciting announcement…
When you next visit us you will see “The Hop Shack”…”Get fed from the Shed” with Smoke & Iron. We are proud to announce that we have gone into a Street Food partnership with Smoke & Iron, so they can serve their delicious food even more often, with new menus and additional dates, which will be amazing! This will be a permanent feature in our rear courtyard called “The Hop Shack”! We are launching “Get fed from the shed” on Friday 5th June with the BBQ Tray! There is no need to book, just come along and enjoy! Here is the menu…😋🤩🍗🍺
