Hi All
What a fabulous Bank Holiday we’ve had here at the Rose and Crown !
There was a great turn out for our audio visual quiz hosted by Andy Jackson (many thanks ) raising a massive £1050 to be split between the Newark Food Bank and The Balderton Salvation Army Christmas Toys for Children appeal.
The weather was kind to us on Sunday and we enjoyed a great afternoon in the garden entertained by the Highnotes with delicious Caribbean and BBQ food provided by The Hideout Cafe.
Monday we hosted a MacMillan coffee morning which raised £400.
