As summer comes to an end, we just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who has made it so special at the Chequers! ❤️

From our Summer Party 🎶 to an unforgettable World Cup ⚽️ and celebrating Graham’s 80th 🎉, it’s certainly been a summer to remember!

Thank you to everyone who has joined us, supported our events, brought friends and family along and kept our pub full of smiles, laughter and plenty of drinks! 🍻

And a huge thank you to our amazing team for all their hard work! ❤️

What an incredible weekend celebrating my 80th birthday! 🎉

I honestly don’t know where to begin with thanking everyone who came along and helped make it such a special day. Seeing so many friends, family, customers and familiar faces at The Chequers was something I’ll never forget.

A huge thank you to everyone who travelled to join us, brought cards and presents, danced, laughed, sang along and helped create such a fantastic atmosphere. ❤️

I’d also like to say a massive thank you to George, Nathan and the whole team at The Chequers for putting so much time and effort into making the day happen. I know how much work went on behind the scenes, and it certainly paid off!

Thankyou to our entertainment team & Bands especially to our residents Colin, Tom & Austin for always being on hand for tech and keeping the party going!

80 years old… and what better way to celebrate than with a great big party at the pub I’ve been lucky enough to call home. 🍻

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. It really was a day to remember. ❤️
