What a wonderful day here in The Town today, a huge Thank-you and well done to everyone involved with organising, volunteering and ensuring that the Atherstone motor show was a huge success. Everyone worked so hard for the benefit of everyone in the town and we are extremely grateful. Thank you.

Its the day of the wonderful Classic car show and the forecast is dry for the rest of the day (Fingers crossed) . We are serving a great range of drinks all day and our delicious food menu in the pub and our garden between 12 and 4 and as a special treat we have the hugely talented Georgie Mason with her Motown Magic entertaining everyone in the garden from 1.30. have a fantastic day everyone :-)

Quiz night tonight and every Thursday night at 7.30pm in our Upstairs rooms . Great fun and superbly hosted by Gavin our quizmaster. Prizes for winners of each round and jackpot opportunity too...advise to get a seat early as gets very busy . £2 per person with all funds going towards the jackpot prize ...good luck everyone 😊

7 Real Ales on the Bar today and every single one of them fresh as a daisy ie. Either put on last night or this morning ....let's hope this one is an omen and we do have a nice Indian summer ...have a lovely day everyone

Its crazy to think that in just over a weeks time we will have been at this fantastic little pub for 2 years...more detail on that to follow over the next few days but meanwhile, we feel like celebrating what has been a whirlwind of an adventure so far ...to move the celebrations along we have the talented Josh Hale entertaining us this Sunday, and back by popular demand after their debut at our recent Ale festival, we have the brilliant Hawkesbury Trawlermen on Friday 18th September at 7pm with their wonderful sea Shanties and well known traditional Tavern songs . Then on Sunday the 13th we have Georgie Mason in the garden from 1.30 with some amazing Motown music ....thats just getting things started as we move onto our next chapter....have a great weekend everyone, look forward to seeing you all soon.....thankyou 😊
