The White Hart is on the main street of Ashby De La Zouch. We are a 17th century Coaching Inn known as the pub with the bear in the cellar as in the pub's early days, the landlord kept a bear in the cellar to control rowdy customers at closing time. We still have a bear, although it’s stuffed! The White Hart is found on the main street running through the historical market town of Ashby De La Zouch, and is a great place to meet friends during the day for hot pub food and a drink. In the evening the inn provides entertainment and is ideal for those looking for a party. We are not only famous for Bears but also live pub music on Sundays - a showcase for various local talents. We serve food till late all week and it can be enjoyed indoors or alfresco on our patio area.

A massive thank you to Animal Room for kicking things off in style on Friday, and to The Wh***ey Chasers for bringing the energy on Saturday. Two brilliant nights, two fantastic bands, and a weekend we’re incredibly grateful for.

Most importantly, thank you to every single person who came down, had a drink, sang along, danced, and supported live music. Your support means the world—not just to us, but to the talented musicians who keep these nights alive.

We never take it for granted seeing the place filled with people enjoying great live music together. Here’s to many more weekends like this! 🍻🎸
