And hasn’t it been a busy one so far with some great weather too!

🐂 Billy the Bull was out and about yesterday having the time of his life on the rides! You’ll see him wandering around again today, so make sure you give him a wave, say hello and grab a photo with him!

Today we’re welcoming Dan Firman to The Bulls Head for the very first time! 🎤🎸

If we’re lucky, we might even get a dry day…But if not, there’s always THE PUB! 😂🍺

What a brilliant night for the Bulls Head team

Last night we headed over to The Beeches in Ashby for a bit of team bonding at their Charity Bingo Night and we absolutely loved it! Great fun, plenty of laughs, we all donated and some of us even WON… which is always a bonus!

We really hope they raised a fantastic amount for Rainbows Hospice, which is such a wonderful cause and also one of our chosen charities here at The Bulls Head.

Our next Rainbows fundraiser here will be announced very soon! We’re currently planning a lovely CHRISTMAS CHARITY CONCERT and we think it’s going to be something really special. More details coming soon!

But back to TODAY… IT’S FRIDAY AND THE FAIR IS HERE!

The Ashby Statutes Fair opens from 4pm today, so come and enjoy all the fun of the fair and make The Bulls Head part of your weekend too!

After Work Club kicks off later always a brilliant Friday afternoon crowd and the perfect place to rewind, chill out and relax after the week.

This October, we’re delighted to be the starting point for a brand new guided ghost walk through the darker side of Ashby-de-la-Zouch. 🌙🕯️

Join local author and paranormal historian Hannah L. Richards, author of Ashby-de-la-Zouch: Hauntings, Mysteries & the Macabre, as she leads you through the streets of Ashby after dark.

Expect real local history, centuries old legends, chilling tales and some of the strange stories that have lingered in the town long after the people involved have gone… including some incredible tales attached to this very pub!
