Our Jackpot has risen to £263 with 11 keys remaining. Our next draw is Saturday 12th at 5.00pm and is open to all our Members.

Now that Saturdays are getting busier again, we shall recommence with Open the Box!

A very simple concept where we sell Raffle Tickets and the winner gets to select a key from a bag of 13.

The Jackpot starts at £200 and increases every week until the Box is finally opened. We remove all losing keys and should the unlikely happen, there will always be 2 keys to choose from.

The Draw takes place at 5.00pm and if are unsuccessful in opening the box, you will a bottle of standard spirits of your choice.

Tickets are on sale throughout the day and are £1 a Ticket

This competition is open to all members, including committee.

This Sunday is our annual Family Fun Day. This event is open to everyone so why not pop along and see what we do? All live football will be on throughout the Club and it gives us the opportunity to introduce our new food menu for our Members to enjoy.

This event is free so get yourselves down, bring the kids and have a great day!

Tis the morning after the night before. A time to draw breath and reflect on not only last night, but the last 10 weeks.
An idea conceived over a few refreshments some 3 and a half years ago. A one-off we thought, to honour the wee man Ali MacDonald and how wrong were we!

What we have (and I mean we!) created is nothing short of remarkable. A contemporary tournament based around a legacy, attracting the young and old and from far and wide, draws a level of pride rarely felt these days.

Thank you so much to the Clan McDonald for attending last night. It was very emotional and lovely to see all the families.

Thank you also to Jamie, Shane and Steve for organising these events with absolute aplomb.

Congratulations to you all for raising over £700 for Cancer Research UK and to all our weekly winners!

So, who won it then? After an absolute thriller of a final, Jamie Kelling finally saw off the gallant David Moule to win the coveted Ali Mac Summer Series.

Congratulations also to Ali’s old pal Andy Duvall by winning the Summer Series Plate.

Shall we do it again next year? It would be damn rude not to!

New Season, New Venture!

The Wolversdene Club are proud to support Wolversdene FC for the upcoming 26/27 season in the Andover & District Sunday League.

This Sunday they are hosting The Anton Arms in a pre-season friendly.

Well that flew past did it not? This Friday is Week 10 and Finals Night of the Ali Mac Summer Series 3.

With a total of 76 different Darts Players and over 50 Pool Players, this event really has the popularity and the longevity to carry on!

Whether you qualified for Finals Night or not, we still have a Plate Trophy up for grabs.

Darts player or not, if you knew the Wee Man, get yourself down the Club, meet the family and bring your best stories of Ali with you!

The previous two Finals Nights have been fitting tributes to Ali and I cannot see this one being any different.

Here's to you Wee Man and Thank You for the memories!
