Artworks from our current exhibition KRIMINAALNE by Aleksandra Kass 🚨❗️🚔

Kriminaalne is a view into personal growth through vigilance, endurance and restraint. Bringing together works created over six years, we follow a story whose roots reach further back.

The title simply means ‘’criminal’’. But the exhibition is less interested in crime itself than in everything surrounding it: threat, fear, loyalty, consequence and survival.
The paintings were never created as chapters of a predetermined narrative. Some began with memories or hopes; others simply with a snapshot worth painting. Only with time did their connections become apparent.

It is a story assembled in retrospect; about experiences that once seemed defining, and the gradual realization that they no longer have to be.

We’ll begin with a guided journaling moment, using simple prompts to reflect on how you’ve been feeling, what’s been taking up space lately and what you’d like to express.

Then we’ll use those thoughts as inspiration to create a free self-portrait - not necessarily what you look like, but a painting that represents something about you through color, symbols and personal details.

If you have a journal, bring it with you! 📓
If not, no worries - we’ll have what you need.

The idea is simple: give yourself a different kind of evening, create without pressure, enjoy the process and connect with others along the way.

Looking back at the KRIMINAALNE exhibition opening last Friday!🖤

Thanks to one of our favorite arists!🖤
A taxi driver by night in Pärnu, Aleksandra drove strangers through the city. Details of their lives overshared. Dark tales of crime, violence and lives unravelled in the back seat.

Alongside them, Aleksandra drifted through her own journey from darkness to light.
