Louis Bouillot Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé “Perle d’Aurore” 🇫🇷

🍇: Pinot Noir and Gamay.

The finesse of Burgundy. 🍷 This Crémant de Bourgogne is crafted using the Méthode Traditionnelle.

Fun Fact: The “Perle d’Aurore” name translates to “Pearl of the Dawn,” inspired by the subtle, pale pink hues reminiscent of early morning light in Burgundy. 🌅



Edoardo Miroglio Rosé Metodo Classico 🇧🇬

🍇: 100% Pinot Noir.

Artisanal rigor in Metodo Classico. ✨ This sparkling wine undergoes extended aging on lees, resulting in a complex, brioche-forward palate.

Fun Fact: Edoardo Miroglio is an Italian winemaker who founded his Bulgarian estate specifically because he recognized the Thracian Valley as a hidden gem for high-quality Pinot Noir. 🇮🇹



Bründlmayer Brut Rosé 🇦🇹

🍇: Pinot Noir, Zweigelt, and St. Laurent.

Precision from the Kamptal region. 🏔️ Bründlmayer is recognized for maintaining crystalline acidity balanced against a nuanced, primary fruit character.

Fun Fact: The St. Laurent grape variety used here was once thought to be related to Pinot Noir, but DNA analysis has proven it is actually a descendant of Savagnin. 🌱



Kir-Yianni Akakies Sparkling Rosé 2024 🇬🇷

🍇: 100% Xinomavro.

A modern, high-acidity expression of the Xinomavro grape. 🌊 Xinomavro is notoriously challenging to manage, but here it creates a remarkably stable and long-finishing wine.

Fun Fact: The name “Akakies” refers to the acacia trees that surround the vineyard, which act as a natural shelter for the vines. 🌳

Grapes: 35% Mourvèdre, 26% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 7% Vaccarese, 5% Cinsaut, 4% Counoise, 3% Muscardin.
A complex and age-worthy red with layers of dark berries, spice, herbs and silky tannins.

🤍 Esprit Blanc 2022
Grapes: 33% Roussanne, 32% Grenache Blanc, 14% Picpoul Blanc, 8% Clairette Blanche, 8% Picardan, 5% Bourboulenc.
Fresh and textured with citrus, white flowers, ripe pear and vibrant minerality.

🍇 Patelin de Tablas 2023
Grapes: 45% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 23% Mourvèdre, 2% Counoise.
