For its 7th birthday, Fotografiska Tallinn invites HALL to take over the rooftop.

On June 19 at 20:30, the evening begins with a long-table dinner curated by Gerli Travkin, recipient of the MICHELIN Guide Estonia 2026 Young Chef Award. This three-course shared dining experience brings together seasonal freshness and the creative spirit of Fotografiska’s kitchen, celebrating seven years of flavours, ideas, and encounters at Fotografiska.

Above the city, between sunset and darkness, the night continues with a LOFT PARTY on the 6th floor.

Tervislik toit, hõrgud küpsetised ja kosutav kohv – võta aega fika'ks Fotografiska kohvikus. Lõunapakkumised on läinud suvepuhkusele, kuid uus suvine ja värske menüü tervitab uut hooaega.

Soojade ilmadega laieneb kohvik ka õue – maja eest, otse Telliskivi platsilt leiab lauad, kus saab värskes õhus nautida kohvi või mõnusat einet.

MICHELIN Special 2026: Young Chef Award – Gerli Travkin, Fotografiska Tallinn

Gerli Travkin took over as Fotografiska’s Head Chef in April 2025 and since then has been putting her own stamp on the restaurant. Upholding its ethos for a more mindful way of cooking, she focuses on making the natural flavours and textures of locally sourced produce burst through on the plate. Under her leadership, Fotografiska has also been awarded a Bib Gourmand this year for its great value cuisine, and received a Michelin Green Star for the fifth consecutive year.
