If you have visited Cork in the past 7 years, you will likely have met Jamie. A couple of years as a part-timer, he has then been managing Cork for the last 5 years. But next week will be his last week with us before he moves on to pastures new ❤️

Fear not, however, as we already have the new captain behind the bar and ready to take the wheel from August 1st. Jacopo joins Cork with vast experience in the wine industry in Copenhagen and beyond. Next week, they will both be behind the bar Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday so pass by for a glass or three to send Jamie off in style and acquaint yourselves with Jacopo who you’ll be seeing plenty of in the future 🥂
