No big plans
No real organisation

Just opening the doors and seeing what happens!

We’ll start at 14.00 and go until late
Maybe very late ;-)

There might be music.
There will probably be food.
There will definitely be wine.
And hopefully a bit of chaos, joy, and love.

Just come by, have a glass, stay a bit.

Yves’ Menu:
Oysters
Duo of smoked eel & herring
Foie gras mi-cuit, onion confit, brioche & Corsican figs
Lobster roll, bisque sauce
Scallop, shrimp, coconut & saffron
Duck breast, truffle potato purée
Cheese
Mignardise

This is not our usual night at the bar.
This is indulgence ;-)
