Meet Bistro Wine. 🍷

Some wines are selected for a wine list. This one was created for ours.

Working alongside Costa Gavaris of Rigour & Whimsy (aka. Kosta Vino for this project), we set out to craft a wine that reflects Stable House—thoughtful, approachable, and made to be shared around the table.

After tasting through the individual base wines, we landed on a blend led by skin-contact Pearl of Csaba, a rare Hungarian variety, with Riesling adding brightness and freshness. The result is a beautifully balanced orange wine with notes of ripe citrus, mandarin, peach, fresh herbs, and just a gentle grip on the palate.

It’s the kind of wine that comes alive with food—from burrata and seafood to cheese boards and long conversations.

Available by the glass or bottle, exclusively at Stable House Bistro & Wine Bar and JAK's Beer Wine Spirits.

Come taste a wine you won’t find anywhere else.

Our new Beef Carpaccio features beautifully marbled AAA tenderloin beef, peppery arugula, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, and a bright lemon vinaigrette. Elegant, delicate, and exactly the kind of dish that disappears faster than you’d like.
Perfect with a crisp glass of white, a chilled rosé, or bubbles. 🥂

‘Supernatural Austria’

We’re heading to Austria for a wine flight that’s a little wild, in the best way.

‘Supernatural Austria’ is all about vibrant, low-intervention wines that let the vineyard speak for itself. Fresh, savoury, spicy, and beautifully expressive, this trio is bright, energetic, and full of personality.

From a crisp, aromatic sparkling out of Burgenland to a textured Grüner Veltliner from Kamptal and a mineral-driven Blaufränkisch, this flight is a beautiful introduction to Austria’s fresh and vibrant side.

If you’re curious about natural wine, or already deeply into it, this is your excuse to dive in.
