LITTLE FISH, BIG POND

Big love to John Segal of California’s for swinging by yesterday to hold court and talk the holy trinity of hops, malt and yeast with some of our city’s best brewers, including our current Head Brewer James Labbe and former Head Brewer Azlan Graves.

John’s much-ballyhooed ‘Anchovy’ hop varietal helped power the bold & fruity flavours of our recent LITTLE FISH New School Hazy IPA.

Unfortunately, we’re sold out of Little Fish here at the brewery but if you’re lucky you’ll still be able to net some at and private outlets at your end of the ocean like our friends
