🎣🇪🇸Amigos! We are back in Spain, this time with our ¿CóMO? Ultramar team!
We are so excited for our new project. Follow along as we are stuffing our faces across Madrid and the Basque Country, with a cheeky stop in London.
Chef Daniel Kim and GM Sean Grady along with our guys Shaun Layton Frankie Harrington are working so damn hard to make sure we bring back this amazing feeling we get when we eat and hang out in Spain.

Vamos!!!!! What an end to a great tournament 🇪🇸

We couldn’t be more excited that Spain are world champions again, and the vibes at Como were incredible ⚽️

Thanks so much to our team and the best regulars around, you all made this tournament so great to be part of at Como. We feel very lucky to have been able to be a host city, what a time to be here.

Congratulations to all the players on the Spanish team, an absolute masterclass! We will definitely see you in 2028 in Spain, Vamos! 🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸

It’s Spanish tapas week, and we are working with Tourism Spain to participate in this promotion of Spanish food! 🇪🇸
We are always honoured to be officially recognized by the Spanish Embassy as an official restaurant of Spain. Spain

For the week we have two very cool tapas dishes chef DAR and team have put together. These will be available until June 21 for $9 each!

Scallops Ala plancha, garlic scape butter, jamón migas, guindilla salsa

Espárragos Blanco, lemon gribiche, shaved hazelnut

Get down here and enjoy! Pairs well with an ice cold Estrella, fino sherry, and some WC ⚽️ action!

Vamos🔥! What a great first few days of the best tournament in the world ⚽️⚽️⚽️

🇪🇸 La Roja are playing early today, we will be watching at home of course 🇪🇸 Team Como has been rocking some pretty amazing vintage kits this weekend and will be throughout the tournament. 🚨Come in your favourite jersey and get a Gilda on us!🚨

REMINDER - Como is open and showing matches daily 4-11pm, and on Fridays and Saturdays 2-12pm. Also, select Sundays at noon as part of our Paella Guys series.

🇨🇦 WE WILL also be OPEN this Thursday early as well for the Canada match. Como will be open at 2pm on Thursday, book your spots via Resy (link in bio) *limited menu until 4pm

Vamos ⚽️⚽️! We all know it’s going to be an epic summer, and Como has some fun updates for you ❤️

We have temporarily added some new TVs and will be showing some amazing fútbol matches this summer! As always, our TVs are ⚽️ only, and we will be an awesome spot to watch your favourite teams! Vamos 🇪🇸

We will also be changing our summer hours. Starting next week, we will be opening early on Fridays and Saturdays at 2pm 😎(limited menu until 4) We will be open now until 12pm on Fridays and Saturdays as well! So that means we will have some very cool early games on the screens. Also, we may be opening early for 🇨🇦 matches, including Thursday June 18, we will be open at 2pm. Reservations available via **let us know in the notes if you are watching a match. Keep an eye on our IG stories for updates on matches.

We are also open at noon on certain Sundays with our collaboration. It’s almost sold out but the bar will be open for some walk-ins.

Fried Eggplant with spiced honey & rosemary

Other than Estrella 🍻, it’s probably the most-ordered thing at Como. We love it so much, as it was something that wasn’t on our radar until we went to the south of Spain in 2019. Most tiny little bars in Sevilla, Córdoba, and Cádiz serve this dish alongside a crisp cold beer.

Upon eating these all over Andalusia we knew it had to make it back to Como. We haven’t looked back since. Apparently, the staff pro move is to have it with some Valdeón cheese and a glass of Vitícola Mentridana ‘El Mentridano’ thanks .ross.grady 🍇🍆🧀
