Executive Chef has created seasonal features showcasing one of British Columbia’s most iconic ingredients at its freshest and most vibrant.

From tender Wild BC salmon with crispy fried polenta, broccolini, baby carrots, roasted nori, beurre blanc, and herb oil, to a bright Sockeye ceviche with sweet soy, cucumber, pickled shallots, caviar, and warm blinis—each dish is a celebration of the coast.
