👨‍🍳 Chef's Fennel + Parmesan features organic Chinook salmon, shaved fennel, baby arugula, parmesan, toasted almonds and a lemon-honey vinaigrette.

🍸 Bar's Fennel Gimlet blends Tanqueray Gin, St-Germain, absinthe, lime juice, and fresh fennel for a bright, herbaceous sip.
