A refreshing, herbal sipper with the perfect amount of juiciness and just a little magic.

Bartender D always comes in clutch with the witchy cocktails. The ingredients in this one, for those who choose to believe, are all connected to getting the most out of your dream life!

Stoli Vodka, Dillon's Gentian Liqueur and Dolin Dry Vermouth form the base of this beverage, creating a solid, gently bittersweet foundation of alpine herbs, citrus and white flowers.

A splash of fresh pressed watermelon juice is added for a bright, hydrating boost. A spoonful of our housemade Dandelion Root Tincture imparts a layer toasty, subtlety bitter nuttiness, and a squeeze of honey adds a balancing sweetness.
Shaken with fresh tarragon and a dash of Pernod to finish with complimentary hint of anise.

- Dried watermelon seeds placed in a sachet under your pillow, is said to attract abundance while you sleep. Dreaming of watermelon can symbolize joy, health, and prosperity.

- Hanging gentian near your bed is believed to block bad dreams and clear the mind of daytime anxieties.

- Dandelion is believed to open the mind's third eye and act as a beacon, inviting helpful spirits and ancestors to visit you in your sleep to deliver messages and guidance.

Mr. Bus Driver!

Rums, Montenegro, Green Chartreuse, Passion Fruit, Pineapple, Grapefruit, Lemon, Lime, Almond Orgeat, Bitters

A tiki style, Rum Punch meets Mai Tai inspired cocktail that will transport you to the tropics! 🏝️

It's base is a blend of rums:
- Planteray 3 Star Caribbean White Rum, (With methods and cane from the terroir of Jamaica, Barbados and Trinidad.) for its smooth, bright notes of grassy vanilla and tropical fruit.
-Smith & Cross Navy Strength Jamaican Rum for it's funky, overripe banana, caramelized baking spice and earthy leather notes.
- El Dorado 12 Year Rum, hailing from Guyana, aged in oak bourbon barrels, to impart deep flavours of demerara, molasses, toffee and warm dates.

Combined with Amaro Montenegro for gently bittersweet, spiced floral notes, and Green Chartreuse for a sweet, complex, punchy herbaceousness.

Shaken with passion fruit puree, pineapple, fresh squeezed citrus juices and our house made almond orgeat, for a subtle but balancing nuttiness.

Topped with a tiki-traditional dash of Angostura Bitters, and a fragrant mint bouquet.

For all its components, this drink sips smooth, strong and refreshingly tropical. 🍹

Hawkins

Hawkins Cheezies Tequila, Dry Curaçao, Corn Orgeat, Lime, Cilantro, Tajin

Yes, it sounds a bit strange, but hear us out...

This weird and wonderful cocktail drinks like a refreshing margarita with a savoury twist!

At the heart of the Hawkins is our cheezie infused Hornitos Plata. The essence of real Hawkins Cheezies is extracted in an overnight tequila bath. The solids get strained away, leaving their signature bright orange colour in an umami packed infusion to build our cocktail around. A splash of Dry Orange Curaçao is added to impart a deep, complimentary citrus note. Shaken up with fresh squeezed lime juice and sweetened with our house made corn orgeat. Finished with a fragrant bunch of cilantro and a tart & spicy Tajin rim.

The Hawkins is as bright and crushable as the familiar Margarita, with the punchy flavours of Mexican street corn!

Put Up Your Dux

Lime Leaf Gin, Del Santo, Lychee, Lime, Soda, Soda

This cocktail is a variation of a special drink we made for a friend's Bloodsport themed 40th birthday party. The "Put Up Your Dux" is an homage to the Jean-Claude Van Damme character in that particularly cheesy martial arts movie. It was wonderfully fun! 🥷

The cocktail itself is punchy (not the karate way), bright, refreshing, fizzy and a bit funky.

We infuse Tanqueray Gin with fresh lime leaves to impart an aromatic, slightly floral, lemongrassy flavour. We then shake it with Del Santo Herbal Liqueur to add bittersweet complexity, Soho Lychee Liqueur for notes of ripe, fragrant exotic fruit and blossoms, and freshly squeezed lime juice for a mouthwatering tartness. It's then strained into a tall glass and topped with soda for a feisty, sparkling finish!

A drink worth going AWOL for!

Whipped Ricotta with Swell Bakery Bread

Stop by for an app!

This delicious, savoury spread is expertly made by the talented chefs at Tomlin Restaurant. They've prepared a mixture of creamy ricotta, sharp asiago, and smooth goat cheeses, blended with confit garlic, fresh lemon and spices. We top it off with a spoonful of spicy chili-crunch oil, and serve it with a side of sweet & tangy pickled onions, and freshly baked, lightly toasted sourdough from our neighbours at Swell Bakery.

Delicious as a pre-dinner snack or a late night bite!

If the ricotta cheese portion is a bit more of a snack than you're looking for, we also offer Swell Bakery bread served warm, with butter on the side. What's better than that?!

Taking inspiration from the classic Jungle Bird cocktail, our spin, Uptown Fredo, is a bittersweet and tropical refresher!

Smooth St Remy Brandy is combined with bittersweet Aperol, and Orange Curaçao for a base flavour of candied citrus rind. A splash of Ray & Nephew Overproof Jamaican Rum is added for its funky notes of boozy banana. Shaken with our house made guava cordial, fresh squeezed lemon, pineapple juice and a balancing measure of our honey-ginger syrup. Topped with sparkling soda and a fragrant orange slice!
